Meet the CHS Team

Chris Ozimek

MD, FAAP

Born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Dr. Ozimek completed both his undergraduate and medical degrees from East Carolina University. He completed his pediatric residency at the university of South Carolina in 2005. He returned to Greenville and joined Children’s Health Services and shortly after became a partner. He is married and has three amazing children. An avid ECU fan, he is also involved with little league baseball, and supports local athletics. In his free time, he loves to travel, play ice hockey, or go for a run.

Timothy Clifton

DO, FAAP

Born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina, Dr. Clifton completed his undergraduate degree at the University of South Carolina. He graduated from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his pediatric residency training at East Carolina University. He has a passion for taking care of children. Dr. Clifton is married and has the best of both worlds with one daughter and one son. In his free time he enjoys fishing, traveling, USC sports and playing with his two dogs.

Erin Wooten

MD, FAAP

Raised in Oklahoma, Dr. Wooten fell in love with the southeast while attending Agnes Scott College in Atlanta. After completing medical school at the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine, she returned east to finish her residency at the Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters in Norfolk, Virginia. She moved to North Carolina in 2009, practicing for nearly four years at Oberlin Road Pediatrics in Raleigh. Her husband, a Greenville native, is also a pediatrician specializing in pulmonology. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, baking, traveling, swimming, and spending time with her family, especially her three boys.

Maham Khan

MD, FAAP

Born and raised in Lahore, Pakistan, Dr. Khan then moved to the United States in 2013. Dr. Khan joined our practice summer of 2022. Prior to moving to Greenville, NC, Dr. Khan worked in Pediatrics in both Maryland and Mississippi. Dr. Khan is married with two children, one boy and one girl. In her free time, she loves to swim and play with her children. Dr. Khan’s favorite part of working in pediatric medicine is meeting new families and watching them grow over the years.

Jeff Byrd

MD, FAAP

Dr. Byrd grew up in Laurinburg, NC. He earned his medical degree at East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine. He completed his internship & residency at The University of South Carolina/Palmetto Richland University. Dr. Byrd joined our practice early 2023. He is a member of The North Carolina Pediatric Society, The North Carolina Medical Society, & The American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Byrd spends his leisure time with his wife, their son, & two daughters. Together they enjoy traveling, & outdoor activities.

Meredith Eiban

PA-C

A native of Greenville, she completed her undergraduate degree at N.C. State and returned to ECU to attend PA school. Prior to joining our practice, she worked at Washington Pediatrics. Meredith is married with four beautiful children, three girls and one boy. She has interest in establishing a healthy lifestyle for all age groups. Outside of work, she is active in Integrity Church, loves spending time with her family and friends, and loves to be outdoors.

Amanda Senatore

PA-C

Born and raised in Frederick, Maryland until moving to Greenville, North Carolina at age five. Ms. Senatore completed her undergraduate degree at UNC Chapel Hill obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in exercise and sports science. She then came back to Greenville to East Carolina University where she completed PA school to obtain a Master of Science degree. Ms. Senatore enjoys working in pediatric settings best and has even worked at the Children’s Emergency Department. She is married with two wonderful sons and in her free time she loves traveling, running, and reading.

Julie Daniel-Yount

MHS, PA-C

Ms. Daniel-Yount was raised in Wilson, NC and graduated from Barton College in 1997 with a BS in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She completed her Physician Assistant education at East Carolina University and received a Master of Health Sciences degree from Duke University in 1999. Julie worked in developmental pediatrics with the Children’s Developmental Services Agency at ECU Pediatrics for 6 years prior to joining the ECU Physician Assistant Program faculty in 2005. She has been working in general pediatrics since 2006. Julie has worked at Children’s Health Services since 2008 and has worked full time since 2015. She is married with two daughters and enjoys running, paddle boarding, traveling, and reading. She loves coaching youth soccer and spending time with her family, friends, and Phi Mu sorority sisters.

Ivy Bagley

DNP, FNP-C, IBCLC, CDP, NHDP-BC, PMH-BC

Ivy Bagley is a board-certified lactation consultant and a doctorly prepared family nurse practitioner. She has worked in pediatrics for over 16 years and has been a nurse for over twenty years. A graduate of ECU College of Nursing with her BSN, MSN, and DNP; Ms. Bagley believes nursing education is vital to enhance the overall healthcare of our community. Therefore, she frequently precepts students from various NP programs. Ms. Bagley often speaks within the healthcare community and nationally. She has previously sat on the National Pediatric Obesity Committee for the Obesity Medical Association. Ms. Bagley has developed several FIT CAMP programs for patients within her practice and works to advocate for childhood obesity awareness. She supports obesity being treated as a disease and seeks to be a leader in the local arena. She completed her nursing educator certification from ECU College of Nursing in 2022 and Health Care Disaster Certificate in 2023. She is board certified as a family nurse practitioner, lactation consultant, psychiatric mental health nurse, and national healthcare disaster professional. Ms. Bagley enjoys working with breastfeeding families through telehealth and in-person visits. She hosts an online breastfeeding support group and teaches parenting classes. Ivy sees all ages, from newborns to college, and has a growing interest in treating patients with behavioral concerns and ADHD, depression, and anxiety. She was selected as a 40 under 40 award winner through ECU, a North Carolina Great 100 Nurse for 2022, and the AANP Leadership Cohort for 2022. Ivy enjoys photography, volunteering, and community events in her spare time.
